- improve coaching quality by facilitating the personal and professional development of the coach
- increase coaching capability by developing coaching competencies
- add greater organisational value by aligning the coach’s work with the needs of the client and the client organisation.
- develop an effective working alliance between the coach and coachee.
- ensure that ethical standards are adhered to.
Qualified as a coaching supervisor and trained to work with the Full Spectrum Model my approach is dynamic, systemic and contemplative enabling the coach to embark on a lifelong journey of learning and personal development.

Individual 1-2-1 supervision for coaches
Group and team supervision for internal coaches and managers
We follow the EMCC recommended guidelines for supervision:
- two hours for every 30 hours for more experienced coaches
- one hour for every 10 hours for new coaches or trainees
